Moonlight Sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven

 

Beethoven completed one of his piano Sonatas, No.14, Op.27 No.2 in 1801, and 10 years after his death, “Moonlight Sonata” was being used in both English and Germany. By 19th century, this name was universally used. Learn more about Piano Sonata No.14 here.
